I'd bring it to a lawnmower shop.

Presume you've changed the plug, Chinese ones wouldn't be great.
Is it getting spark?
I'd be looking at the kill switch, test it and make sure it is working.
Also check any wiring to lights, brake light etc for shorting

I'd only know my way round garden machinery, but once you've clean fuel, a new filter and plug, its likely to be electrical which can't be that complex.

the prblem is its not getting the impulse out of the cdi to the coil.and we cant figure out the wiring.if what get ign-live.earth all that.iv sorted out a cdi and reg already trying to figure it out.

If it ran I can't see why a wire would be missing
Everything free of dirt and moisture?

go over all connections working your way backwards from the coil.
im assuming youre working with a multimeter and not just a live indicator type thing?

triple check fuses and bulbs as well,

i remember having a moped that would not run without a connection through the rear light.
