Have a mate who went to the Belgian one... said it was awesome but pretty expensive. Suppose Silverstone would be a good option as you could drive there.

about 150 sterling for sunday race day ticket, boat cost about €130 euro return, and accomadation i think was something like 60 sterling a night in Oxford. Nice to see all the top end cars there, lotus, ferrari, porshce, masserati etc.

Hey Adrian,

checked out a couple, went to Hochenheim when I was in Germany for 6 months and Hungary a few weeks later on holiday.

Hochenheim I drove up and down to in the one day, very cool, beautiful Ferraris parked on the kerbs all over the place... 8)

Hungary went as part of another trip, Hungaroring is about 30 miles outside of Budapest. Good bus services every day and evening though so not a problem. Not sure how much I spent on it with it combined with the other trip, but we stayed in a hostel in Budapest and the bus back and forth was free I think so can't have spent much on it!

You need to watch the sun though, got absolutely burnt to a crisp there, sun was beating down all weekend!

If you can get near a tight corner or at the end of a long straight, seems to be where most of the action is at, there or the pitlane but those seats tend to be a bit more expensive.

I'd say check out the package deals, but remember you can get the tickets on their own (buddy got them that time) so can cut costs with hostels and Ryanair/etc. if the package deal is a bit pricey.

Kev.
