Reverse Gear problem auto

hi, i have this issue from my gearbox. its auto, all the gear work only reverse there is a issue.

reverse gear engage the car will not move. some time it will move but very slowly like first gear move speed without acceleration.

if u step on throttle the it will just rev and not moving or accelerate.

can any one tell me what this happne,

fuse ok, reset ecu . problem still same.

isit gearbox failure or some linkage loose?
