Audacity of scumbags amazes me!!!

Leaving the house this morning I noticed that one of the neigbours was missing 2 wheels off her alfa 147. Strange I thought..... turns out there were some stinking scummers out and about stepaside last night - they took wheels off 3 different cars and (I think) robbed some stereos...... glad I didn't get touched but I think it's time to get a nice thick wire motorcycle lock and some locking wheel nuts - any recommendations on best place to go?

I got locking wheel nuts from ricards (sp) in Tallaght they were €45 and they seem quite strong with a decent key, Ricards where good for getting me a replacement key when i lost one also.

A big steel baseball bat can be handy for keeping the car in the driveway also

this almost happened to me before but i had a decent set of lock nuts on it, only found out when i was drving the following day that three of the four nuts were missing, i was driving an mx-3 at the time before anyone says something about 5 nuts on the fto.

There's some right b***ards out there. I'd love to catch someone in the act, sneak up as they're hunched over the wheel and then crack them on the head as hard as possible with my camán.......

Check out the Kryptonite 'Barbed Wire' lock. This is what I have - not sure where you can get these in Ireland but I picked mine up on eBay from the US.
