All FTO's have central locking. One of you motors is probably shot. Get one from an old Galant or Colt in a breakers yard.

Geometry settings are here http://www.ftooc.org go to geometry or I can send you the settings from the Service manual.
Advance Pitstop have the FTO on their laser tracking systems.

All FTOs have central locking on both doors as standard.

Motors are small and integrated into the locking mechanism in the door.

DD, this link contains one possible fix and may give you an idea what to look out for:

That fix is a bit extreme, all u really need to do is remove the locking mechanism and replace the motor, most mitsubishis are fitted with the same motors. So off to the breakers yard like I did and never had a problem since. Some guy on the English owners club site found that a remote control car motor also fits, check for his post last week.

Just to clear one thing up before you replace anything - when you say that you thought 'only the driver had central locking' - do you mean that when you lock the car on the drivers side that it locks both doors and when you lock it from the passanger side it only locks the passenger door - if so that is the same as mine (and the remore central locking locks both doors). That may be the way it's supposed to work???? but I'm not sure.
