Looks like he's had his site deleted by the moderators.

It had about photos taken of about 10 FTO's parked on street, and one which they'd already attempted on (red 95, original spoiler, big alloys)

Problem:
1. The army need training.
2. Jails are overcrowded.
3. Scumbags roam the streets.
4. There are more and more homeless people.
5. The Haugheys' own an island.

Soloution:
1. Take the island back.
2. Empty the jails onto the island.
3. Move scumbags to the island.
4. Let the army loose with live rounds.
5. House the homeless in the empty jails.
