Immobiliser Question

Postby Dean » Thu Nov 17, 2005 5:49 pm

In regards to Alloywheels car theft thread.

How do they actually get past the immobiliser, surely it stops the electrics at several points in the car, how on earth do they actually get around it??

Every immobiliser is only as good as how it was installed. Dunno about Terry's motor, but it comes down to that at the end of the day. Chances are they didnt' know it had the immobiliser before they broke into it I'd reckon.
