Wheel Arch Liners

Has anyone ever made, or come across anyone, that made a wheelarch liner (the plastic lining on the inner side of the front wheel arches), I need two of them now and they run at around €100 each, I'm sure with the right material I could make them up, any ideas anyone

When i bought my FTO, L and R wheelarch are missing, at that time I have no idea where can I find one and need it to be fix for NCT test so I decided to use aluminum sheet for L and R wheel arch and rivet in screw hole for the moment, it's been 4 months now and its still fitted no problem encountered , no rust and easy to clean as well, aluminum sheet cause me 30euro(homebase).

Looking forward on buying second hand wheel arch liner, if somebody have one.
