KYBs look the way to go alright, I have a strange noise I need to investigate on my back left too.. Camskill have all 4 listed with RRP £1126, their price £269, some discount!

Not sure I'll go lowering... some of the roads I have to drive on every day are crappy enough, I could do with the extra comfort level there I think.

Apex springs don't lower that much - Eibachs even less so - I drive on crap country roads every day on Apex springs and have a top mix splitter and lower DC skirts as well - so I'd say you'd be ok with the standard bodykit.

I raised my 215/17 inch tyre profile from 40's to 45's to give me more comfort and slightly more road clearance.

Plus it's the shocks which should dictate the comfort level - there was no difference to the ride when I fitted the Apex springs to std shocks on my GR. If you find after fitting springs that the ride quality has degraded it's likely you've buggered you're handling too as the shocks won't be able to do they're job properly....

i'd definitely fit the apex springs with the kyb shocks - the shocks will control the damping, ride and roll while the springs will just lower the centre of gravity thus helping further improve handling... :)
