oil leakage

hi i bought my 95gpx last april. I noticed oil leakaged on my oil pan, but it only cover half of it, it seems its a gasket problem, also found oil leakage above oil pan i think from rocker cover. can anyone give me an idea what might be the problem? if gasket need to be replace, how much would it be? By the way the level of my engine oil seems to be ok since i bought it and i didnt find and problem driving it....thanks
