The big Two oh oh oh oh oh

Postby pergau » Tue Oct 10, 2006 11:09 am

My P&J turned 200,000 km at the weekend. It took a little longer than I expected but she still runs fine. I think I'll leave the speedo turned to the trip meter for a while until I get used to it.

Did you treat her to a special service to celebrate?

At that age - they're wrinkels mate ;-)

Get a family size tub of "Oil of Olay" and get smearing :r

actually no - T-cut might be your friend.. you'll be surprised at how much polishes right out.

A nice coat of wax afterwards helps too :-)

Shiny happy FTO :-)

I don't look after it - Paul Nolan does!

Actually, it has been a dream. I've only had to change the engine twice and the chassis three times.

Real list:

Stepper motor
Roll bars etc
Exhaust
Timing belt
Cooling fan
Aircon needs a new drier valve

Mods:
ITG filter
Greenstuff brake pads
Go-Faster scratches

Paul reckons that it is in great shape and should last a long while yet.
