GPX with Hubcaps

Postby Kace » Sat Jan 23, 2010 11:42 pm

First time I have ever seen a GPX with hubcaps. Something strange must be going on here methinks.

Its also a 1.9L triptronic.
Why can't dealers learn about the car they are selling first before putting the most basic lack of knowledge on an ad?

My old GR came in with hubcaps like that. Needless to say it got a nice set of alloys very quickly :) I have them somewhere, Camskill were selling them a while back as well!

From dealers and auctions or from private sales? Mine only came with one set, the set that were on it. Wouldn't have been much room to fit 4 more in there I don't think anyway.
I've seen a good few hub capped FTOs over here, can't believe they actually put hubs on them at the start, doesn't suit the car at all in my opinion.

I've seen a good few cars on the auction sites that include spare stuff, the lads in the Irish docks tend to nick anything that isn't bolted on (and some things that are) before the customer gets the car.

Yea I was working in a building overlooking the docks and saw an induction kit being taken off an impreza.
I'd rather be hated for what I am,
than loved for what Im not.

Heard stories about the docks all right, that was why I had a fella meet the car there, he had some coming in too and he always went and met them cause he said he's seen stereos, recaros, loads of stuff taken out of them. Also if the car doesnt start, which is likely after 3 months on a boat, they forklift it off, manys the bodykit and exhaust section ruined by that I'd imagine! Cars are left with the keys in them if theres no one to sign them over to straight away.
