GR Front Brake Disk(just 1 not the pair) how much?

Hi how much shud 1 front gr brake disk be iv rang up a few motor stores now and for the 1 its 4 €92 ex vat. is there any cheaper or does any1 have a gr for breaking?i need the disk asap as there is someone comming looking at my car on wed or thurs otherwise i would be getting it on ebay as you can buy a pair for €44 or a pair of drilled and groved 1s for €62.

I might have a pair or 2 left if i didnt throw them away . Must check

i was sure but doesn say mivec so mustnt be. do you know y it sounds louder after bout 5-6k revs?it sounds like mivec kickin in and it does put ya back in your seat.i pm'd you before i read your reply. wen would you know if you had them?

Braf, suggest you get the model number off the VIN plate on the bulkhead (behind the engine) and cross reference it with the model listing here:

which side is your oil filler cap on?
easy way to check is if your filler cap is on the right its a gr, if its on the left its a mivec.
both have very simuliar performance, on a gr itl kick in just over 4.5 revs, mivec comes in a little later.

iv driven both and to be honest theres not THAT much between them in regards to performance.

the engine does, engine note changes, its not just the mivecs that roar :wink:
