Help! Advice on how to remove pedals.

I've purchased a set of momo pedals. In order to fit them I need to drill holes in the pedals. I have tried this without much success. It is just too awkward, due to back problems I'm just not flexible enough to hold the pedals and the drill and manage to get the holes lined up correctly.

Does anybody know how to go about removing the pedals.
If I could get them out I could fit the new ones perfectly.

It won't be worth the hassle Aidan. Make sure you've a decent drill bit to start with, I drilled the pedals in the GPX a few years ago for the same reasons, its awkward but if you stick with it you should get it.
