right i was watchin an old top gear on youtube with an integra type r until v-tec it produces 130bhp after 5,800 it has 190 what is the fto up till 5,500?

around 145bhp @5500 rpm.
It's not a case of the engine being 145hp before 5500 and 190 after,
The power increases with revs, as illustrated by the graph. you can see a sharp rise in the bhp between 5500 and 6000rpm,

Even at 6000 rpm the bhp is still only 170. you don't get to the peak of 197bhp till 7500rpm. GR peaks at 7,000 and GPX is consistently torquier than the GR through the rev range.

the PEAK power of the engine is always given. it only tells half the story.
