Showed a few mates the pics of the car last night... all were shocked it's a 14 year old motor.... best example I've seen I think.... getting excited now!!

Good to hear it Adrian. Thanks for being understanding with regard to delaying the transfer of ownership - if I turned up at the 5th anniversay meet in the Colt, I'd be excommunicated no doubt ;)

Not a bother CJ, I understand completely.... just drive carefully OK!! The few people I showed it too were a little shocked at the price too..... think they were questioning their spending ~18k on VW golfs and the likes.

Adrian drove the car away 15 mins ago - I'm gutted to see it go. Best of luck with it Adrian, I hope it serves you well.

Make sure to get the MIVEC out now and again - thats whats its there for!

hey all. Just out of the car now after a good spin. CJ looked like a lost puppy in the doorway of his house when I drove off... I felt for him let me tell ya. I felt the same when I sold my S2000 a year or so ago, so was well able to sympathise.

On a more selfish note though, I love the motor, big time! Got a nice few MIVEC runs this evening... but I don't wanna be too hard on it. I plan to keep it in the shape it's in. Hope to see you all at a meet in the future.

It's tucked up safely in the garage now CJ.

As I said to you CJ, good luck with the Galant and the new FTO... you deserve it, genuinely.

Talk soon,

A

Oh, just one last thing..... :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D
