Facelift Conversion

For anyone toying with the idea of the conversion I think the following will help.

As we all know the lamps for the facelift bumper are a crazy price (It seems to be the same story in every country). I went to several dismantlers yards the weekend and tried various spots from different cars. I purchased a set from a '02 Polo and the fit is perfect. I think they are as good as, if not better than the Mitsi ones. Priced them from main dealer this morning and they are only €60 each new.

I also think the spots on the new Mondeo will fit perfect.

How much is a facelift conversion, is it possible and how difficult to get done? Interesting idea....might consider that!
