creaking, back suspension

Postby WelshFTO » Tue Apr 20, 2010 8:49 am

Silly i know but on the weekend i bought a few bags of sand, put them on the back seat and took them home from the shop

anyway since that ive noticed a creaking sound coming from the rear suspenion, nothing major just bugs me now, when i go over slight bumps in the road, basicly anytime the suspenion moves up and down

any ideas guys?

You sure its the suspension, and not one of the back door cards? Push them a bit and see if they squeak.
Be nice to nerds. Chances are you'll end up working for one.

Its probably a bushing on its last legs, get under the rear of the car and have a good look in and around the suspension arms and anti-roll bar.
