Car went back in this week again to same bodyshop to get the boot and lip resprayed again. They had it 4 days, picked it up today and it looks to me they haven't even touched it. Must think I'll fall for a fast one or something.... B**##*s!

Had a blazing row with the bloke and he said to bring it back in Monday again!! and then said some sarcastic comment about the stae I'll get it back in. Don't know what to do now.

Fcek sake - why do we always have guys who get away with doing things half baked in this country. What a nightmare.

At this stage I think I would be bringing up the point that he may have to re-paint the full car if a satisfactory match cannot be made and you are not satisfied.

My only other suggestion is send it to West Coat Customs

thats feck brutal... is there a ombudsman or anything to cover these places?

Write everything down, times, places, things said, etc., take lots of pictures of the car.

2 options, bring it back into him, show him copies of the pictures, explain the situation, if you don't get the car back within the week with all faults sorted out on it you'll have no choice but to take legal action.

Second, get legal advice on getting a full refund, and get it done somewhere else.
