What type of FTO is this?

Postby Mike-Kerry » Fri Dec 28, 2007 12:03 pm

My friend has an FTO but I'm not 100% on which type it is..... its `95, black, which makes no odds! it has the 2Litre DOHC engine, so its probably 180bhp? right? and its tiptronic....it has a spoiler, so I'm ruling out the lower two... so what is the next one from the gpx???

It's more than likely a GR then, but there are several other giveaways.
- Mivec stickers on sills
- Size of front brake calipers (GPX has larger)
- Plastic cover on engine block
etc.

sounds like a GR. there's a full lineup of the different models on a link from the front page of this site AFAIK.

Get the chassis number and check it here http://www.versionr.com/ (select 'Chassis Decoding' from the menu on the left of that page)
