Can anyone confirm for me if the ECU for a facelift and prefacelift model is the same?

I can't comment on the GPX but I know the GR and GX ECUs have different maps (thats not to say they're physically different in terms of the ICs and PCB). As per my text, the best way to check is compare the ECU P/N in CAPS from the 2 VIN numbers.
