After 5 years I've decided to change.This is a magnificent looking car.People always stopping to look and ask what it is, especially after a wash and shine, it almost glows.As Fto owners you all know how few vR's are around and red ones are particularly rare.I have never seen or heard of one on the forum(but I may be wrong)so don't know if this is only one, or one of very few-pretty much unique in any case.
It has standard vR spec with changes of 18'' Tenzo R wheels,Aftermarket exhaust(don't know type-was on when I bought it),leatherette interior from ricerocket with FTO logos and few parts sprayed silver/grey.dial surrounds and dial face with Fto logo.Stainless door sills with Fto logo lit(not connected)
Sony cd/radio
128,000 kms - 80,000 miles
NCT UNTIL 28th February 2013
Tax to end of March.

I have recently bought fogs and clear indicators for it,just no time to fit them,Job for any new owner.The wheels:-I love them...

Thanks Bernard its a nice car few bits need doing but fingers crossed it wont break the bank. I checked the nct cert and it says the car was first registered in ireland on 13 April 2007 and i bought it on 13 April 2012 its fate .

Not yet but it needs 3 new tyres theres 18" tenzo project r alloys on and they have falken 225/35/18 tyres. There a bit unforgiving on the road bumps feel like hills if i go up to 225/45/18 will it soften the ride or make any difference or will they rub and info much appreciated.

225/45 18 will def rub - even 225/40 18 could be a step too far dependant on the offset of the rims.

If I were you I'd sell those 18's and run a more aggressive offset 17 inch rim (ideally 225/45 17 tyre) - cheaper tyres and better performance and it'll look better too.

If you're having to buy tyres as well then nows the time.

Something like the Rota Grid Drifts I had on my last Zed would be reasonable money and would look the part -

Would love to keep the same type of alloys as i think they suit the red car,wonder would they be available in 17" might get a trade with my own as they are like new not a mark on them.Will shop around thanks for the help
