Car alarm remote

The car alarm remote/pager that came with the car needs adjusting. I have 2 a pager with a digital screen and a normal fob. The normal fob works perfectly but when I try to lock the car with the pager it doesn't close the windows(it does with the fob). Its a Viper alarm. Anyone know how I could get it reset so as it works properly. Any help would be appreaciated.

Very pimp my ride. Any paperwork come with the alarm? owners manual?
I think MDS do viper alarms you could try there for product support.

It came with some paper work but it was fitted in england. I could call them I suppose but thought it would be easier to try someone here. I'l give MDS a try cheers Gary

I have two alarm fobs (not viper) occasionally if one doesn't work I can reset it by holding down both buttons until the light goes out.

I think that's just to resync it to the car though, yours seems to be half working.

Could be a similar solution.
