Holes in the exhaust,
Top mount condition,
Chasis rust (catch any rot sooner than later if there is any)
bushings,
check you sump and see if its weeping(could be a nice change to take it off an out a new gasket on it)

Check antiroll bar droplinks and bushes for condition. Check other suspension bushes (especially rear) for condition and movement.

Also check the sump for any rubbing marks, if its scraping off speed bumps or anything, especially near the plug.

Check for general leaks around the engine, e.g. power steering rack, oil, water, etc

If your dampers have never been changed then I'd also consider changing these while you're doing the springs. Camskill do a nice set of KYBs - http://www.camskill.co.uk/products.php? ... b0s585p416

As above but you may want to change the steering rack gaitors as they tend to split and it's possibly easier this way.
Gearbox oil change?

PS, do you have a set of spring clamps as you'll need them for the lower springs?
