fast and furious cheese

Postby gary d » Sat Apr 18, 2009 11:40 pm

Just back from seein the new fast and furious flick, to be honest if your gonna go see it may I suggest leavin your brain at home  A bit cheesey in places and outlandishly far fetched even by F&F standards.
Oh and the character who mysteriously rises from the dead! At the beginning of the film guy that played Hong in F&F Tokyo Drift who's car was engulfed in flames with him in it. makes an appearance if only briefly.
To make matters worse the sound system in the cinema wasn't working right, sounded bloody awful. Complained to staff to no avail.

Gary... Timewise this is supposed to be placed earlier than Tokyo Drift.. you remember Han (not Hong) telling yer man in the Tokyo Drift that he used to "run" with Torretto or something back in the day.. well this is it...

Yes Agreed it's cheesy and it's crappy..but it is by FAR the least bad of the bunch..I know that doesn't say much cause the others are appaling..but - I still watch them, and I still enjoy them.. I just wish they'd stop with all the bolloxing about and show some cars instead.

Oh and here's a mad thing...this FF actually has a storyline.. nuts..

I think its brilliant, its a pure show car, you couldnt really use it as a daily driver its so well done, I'd never be able to park it anywhere and not be worried about it. Its gone past the stage of 'doing a few small bits' and after graduating to pure show car.
