Clips for back window shelf

Hi,

I got around to replacing my back speakers yesterday, but discovered in the process someone had previously done something with the back shelf, and broke most of the clips holding it in.

I also discovered that the component 6x9s I got (Ballistic chrome ones) stick up a little more than the stock ones (middle bit with the little speakers) wouldn't fit under the grill, so i need to sort that too...

I also discovered I have a light in the boot, its been disconnected all this time!

Anyway, for anyone familiar with these clips on the bottom of the shelf, anyone know where I could get some replacements? I'm going to try Halfords, they have some plastic clips but not sure if they have ones that will do...

I had the same problem when fitting my 6x9 back in the day and I simply removed the plastic that was in the way - if you gonna go down this route be careful no to remove the bit that support the metal cover - if yuou do you can get nasty rattly vibration noises.

I better look again to see which bit is supporting the metal part! Thanks for the tip though.

Fairly pleased with the speakers, definate improvement in sound quality straight away. Must get around to putting in the Sony speakers I have for the front too...
