stoopid question about alloys(now with pic!!)

ok so i have a set of multifit alloys on the car. can these be put on wrong as in still with the studs in the holes but would be slightly offset. just it seems a lil off since i had a wheel off and on again

They're called Wobble nuts or variation nuts, sounds a bit dodge but that's what they are.
they have an offset washer on them and they obviously don't wobble once you tighten them.
