Brand New Stainless Steel Mongoose GR/GPX Downpipes

Postby RiceRocketUk » Sat Sep 24, 2005 7:46 am

I am now taking delivery of the Long Awaited Brand New Stainless Steel Mongoose GR/GPX Downpipes, first impressions are very good indeed, please see:

http://www.ftooc.org/phpbb/viewtopic.php?t=40501

A picture of them can be seen here, sorry haven`t figured out how to upload them on the forum:

As fellow FTO owners, I have a special introductory price of £245 delivered to you with the gaskets and rear bolts (you have to reuse your manifold nuts), but this price wont last too long as its a giveaway. The difference on the price compared to UK members only reflects the increase in carriage charge and insurance, so if interested please feel free to pm, email or call me on my mobile.

I'm very tempted but I need to sort out some panel damage before I spend any more money  RR, any idea what the final price will be when the introductory period is up?

Hi CJ, at present no, i`m even unsure how long the intro will last as once my first batch runs out is when the price will go up, so it depends on demand anyway, but you`re ok at the moment. if you want me to let you know prior to the increase I caould do that for you

Hey Dave,

are the GR and GPX downpipes one and the same or are they a bit different?

I'm thinking I'll take one of these guys off ya...

Kev.

Not sure which van you're talking about to be honest - personally there's only one guy I'll ever use for any bodywork (other than the odd scratch repair) and that's a guy working in Kelly's in Lusk - he does real quality work and is a total perfectionist.

Hi Kev,
they have been manufactured like the exhaust systems so that they`ll fit both GR and GPX.
