Postby d_dan » Wed Jan 21, 2009 12:12 am

Guys gonna try get some wider wheels for the FTO not just wide but HUGE.

And going to try make propper wide arches for the car.
Basing them on the FTO TAVION from 1998 & 1999

You don't think it's a case of increasing the distance between the wheels rather than fitting 12inch wide rims?

btw that sie exhaust must be well loud in the car..

you should get it ;-)

I'm not very knowledgable on this, but it would seem that the project would be loosing focus if you did this? Or else its not been thought through and you're not sure what you're after, did you not get her resprayed already?

Don't really see the point of massive diameter or width rims.
As per Muad - If you want the rims to stick out for wide arches - use proper motorsport type spacers.

No point in building a turbo for performance and then sticking 12 inch rims on a FWD 250bhp car.

Ha Dan the cars going to be amazing, but i'd stick to one goal at a time buddy

Could turn into a big ball of mud if you rush ahead with new features before the other are completed,,,, i know from experience :D
