Looking for a set of GPX Clocks. Car is Manual if makes any diferrece.
have a set already but would like a set with as low milage as possible

breno58 also has manual mivec interior bits for sale, so he might be worth a pm too. Add your location, it will help. Breno will hopefully be in Dublin this Thursday, or Friday with a Catalytic converter for me if that info is useful.

Would FTO clocks fit a colt? Or are you just looking for an odometer to "clock" your car?

What about when it goes through the nct? Could be trouble putting low mileage clocks in there.

Open to correction here but is milage not stored on an OBC and not the cluster itself.

Haha car will never be for sale its the only 2litre colt mivec in country im aware of so its a keeper haha.
I wonder would it sell quickly or for a decent price but anyway
have the clocks that came with engine so same milage as engine on the clocks in car at moment ill prop leave them in there if cant get set handy not too bothered

Also do any of ye no will the car be tested for 1.3 emmisons or 2litre is there different emmison standards for different size engines in the NCT ?

I'd say if its tested as a 1.3, it'll most likely fail. Emissions from the smaller engine would be expected to be less.

Will cause you no end of grief, if (heaven forbid) you should ever be at fault, in an accident.
First thing the insurance assessor will do, is compare what's on the log book as to what's in the car...

I'm assuming that the OP only wants to have the correct mileage to go with the engine transplant and that it's been declared to his insurance.
However, just so everyone is clear...
FTO-Ireland does not condone either "Clocking" your car or otherwise misrepresenting the mileage or making false declarations to insurance companies.
