Some scumbag decided to break into my car some 40 feet from where i sat at lunchtime and rob my new XDA orbit and new IPOD + car kit... may he rot in hell and karma come round to him!!!

Any CC tv footage - if hes well know Gardai might be able to pick him up before he flogs it.. anay damage to the car?

FTO not picking up the Z till late next week.....
I was just down on the beach / wall beside Sandycove about 30ish feet from car ... didn't see it coming.. no damage to car... Got back into car and just noticed the glovebox was open ... so i just closed it and went on my way... Only when i went to grab ipod from glovebox i twigged it...

Whoever stole its a loser so that makes me happier i guess!
I must of not locked the passenger side of the car properly or something as my friend was in the passenger seat and must of been slow closing the door.. who knows!!

very unlucky Russman. bitter. Just goes to show most car crime is a crime of opportunity. some scumbag just going around trying doors... Same happened my friend recently. he left his car for 10 minutes and someone broke the back window and grabbed his CD album of 250 CDs off the back seat. opportunity. Im a strong believer in karma though. Worth reporting to the local sandy cove cops or whoever patrols that area. they may indeed know the villan and will pick him up and search him.

i noticed yesterday my door isnt flush anymore!!!! there are no tool marks but i have a feelin someone went at it!!!!

wouldnt mind but mine is alarmed!!!

Sorry to hear that, definately report it though, you'd never know, or at the least it might help the gardai to be watching out a bit more.

I'd imagine for someone to push your door out of place it'd leave some kind of mark at least... a dent or bent metal or something. Was it caught by the wind by any chance? happened my previous car, wind slammed the door open, pulled the inside door skin out of place, cost €180 to put it right.
