Code 22

Hi, I put in a reconditioned gearbox a year ago, now it is playing up, goes into 'limp home' mode very frequently. I'm getting a code 22 from the diagnostic test. I can understand that if input/output sensor don't match then it goes into safety mode, but I'm getting a very clunky gear change at times, would this also be a sensor problem?.

Boru, change the input speed sensor on top of the box for a start:
