Got these (now I'm not so sure..!)

Postby gfalls » Thu Oct 16, 2008 4:32 pm

I got these rear sticky light thingys off fleabay. Spent hours trying to get them on properly. Nearly burnt out her hair-drier getting them applied. They look OK from a distance, but I'm not sure if they will survive a decent jet wash...!! Comments, good or bad?

Sorry but I think they look tacky...... :smt078

OT but has your rear bumper taken a smack? Looks like it's slight bent in just on the left of the number plate...

You might well ask. My parents were visiting last year. Fathers car parked in the drive for the duration. Had to back out careful like. Then on the last day I completely forgot, and smack indeed...

you could have done a similar job with some black tinting spray and masked off with round stickers. not that you'd want to.

In their defence. The camera seems to show red light coming through the black. In reality its not the case. The light is pretty solid..

Ah well, they were only a few quid....

Jaysus Bernard, they're worse. thought the FTO was one of the lucky cars that you couldn't get Lexus lights for!

Neat rear fog on that one though.
