Excellent !!! 
I wanted to register on that site and point them to our FTO training guide right here on FTO-Ireland.
I particularly like this quote - fits here too
The FTO/Trainee relationship is one that SHOULD be a father/son type of thing. DO NOT expect your FTO to be your buddy. As has been posted on here many times, later on in your career, you may become best friends with your FTO. But that will be long AFTER your training and you have proven yourself.
The relationship you do have with your FTO will largely be determined by both of your personalities. Oh Yeah !!!
