New Leatherette Group Buy

Postby JJ » Sun Feb 26, 2006 11:48 pm

Following on from the previous group buy, where you can see pictures of the product, we are just about to start a second group buy.

As with the first, the Club will collect the money and make payments to Max.

The prices for this GB will be:

FTO Seat Covers GBP225 both front and back seats
Additional material is GBP15 per sqm (if only ordered extra material additional postage payment required. Will provide this if needed)
FTO embossed logo is GBP20 for all seat

We are trying to work out a method at the moment, but there may be a small postage charge to add, as we intend to ship the items over in groups rather than one at a time, and re distribute them from the UK. This is to retain more control on shipping. I'll keep you informed.
Please indicate below:

Name .............Seat colour.....Logo?.....Stiching clr......Xtra material (mtrs)

You know, somebody actually complimented me on my driving today. They left a little note on the windscreen, it said 'Parking Fine'.

I have leather on mine already so not interested in the group buy, but it must be cheaper to ship directly to Ireland rather than to the UK and then Ireland. UK-> Ireland post is notoriously expensive.

Maybe one of the guys taking up the offer would act as the Irish distribution point if you think there needs to be one?

Just a suggestion! :)

In the group buy threat, I posted a comment from one of the first group buyers, which was about 1,5 years ago.
He was congradulating that after 1,5 years there wasnt any visable wear or tear. Covers were as stretched as the first day installed.

Is there any word on when the final date will be for ordering? Would love to get them but just had to fork out for a new exhaust system last week, so if the orders won't be going in for a few weeks I'll be in.

I think we'll begin to collect money third week of March and aim for finalising money coming in by the end of March. Theres a big demand from the UK forum for this GB, I think 20 names already.

Danny K I think you need to specify how many meters extra material you need.

I'm sorry Irishgirl I don't understand your order - do you want two sets of covers?

Danny, how much extra material do you want.

I need to finish this off tonight, or by the very latest tomorrow night.

Cheers

OK thanks, but you need to reply in full to my pm which I will re send now

Confirm though, you want all black seats now not black / grey. I've changed your order to all black for both sets. And black stitching.

3 mtrs seems to be what people are having for the cards and extra bits and pieces
