Clippy plasticy things that hold the parcel shelf in place..

My Parcel-shelf is rattling worse than something rattly, it's done it for a while but it's now REALLY driving me bonkers.
I've noted that I'm missing four or the little clippythings that pop into the holes and keep the shelf in place.
I did attempt fastinig it in - a shall we say more difficult and much less successful way - it involved bolts - nuts and me hitting my head REALLY hard.

Does anybody know the real name for the clippy things and/or where I might obtain for of these illusive pests of the parcelshelf?
