getting around e-bay?

guys im bidding on a few cars on ebay but soe dont let me bit because te owners wont post the car to ireland!
well of course you not gonna post it im going to collect it so is there any way being allowed bid on it>?

Suggest you send a message thru ebay direct to the sellers and explain the situation.

Yeah - CJ is right - when you come across the blocks contact the seller and explain that you're a serious bidder, and request that you be added to their list of approved bidders.
Sellers restrict the bidding to areas that they "ship to" to avoid scammers and people from far-away places bidding on their items.

I had that problem recently and the seller was happy to ship to Ireland but didn't know how to add me as an approved buyer! I just set up a new e-bay account with a UK address (made up - you just need an authentic post code) and sent him the postal address with my PayPal payment.

uuh that's controvertial - but it works...
