Have considered it, the previous owner ran without a front plate for nine months (how he managed it I don't know), the front plate certainly screws with the cars lines.
I'll hang on until the insurance company send out the disc (I'm waiting 2 weeks, damn you RSA!), the VLC only arrived yesterday and the tax is a month out. The guards would love the combo of a non-regulation plate, no insurance disc and tax a month out of date...
