Did you even see any thing like it for the last few week's, I have a wedding today, Elaine was over at the Hotel yesterday and had to get a boat trip in the river had come out and there is about a foot of water around it there is even a part of it flooded, Staff were really good and have put on buses to get us there free of charge OMG what a day for a wedding anyway will make the best of it

Hearing massive reports about it all right, seen the pics of Cork, I remember the same thing happening in 2005 with cars floating off down Patrick Street, don't know if it was as bad as this though, think back then it was more flash floods but now its actually lasting a while.
Bloody frightening stuff, as if people haven't enough to be worrying about with job losses and recession and the likes without having to fork out on paying for new homes and new cars and losing no claims bonuses on cars that are getting washed away etc. Feel really sorry for anyone thats been affected!
