I swear I am fricking cursed today.

I have never had a puncture.....EVER...until today when I was due to go out and get my two new front tyres.
It was a bloody great piece of wire cutoff that lodged itself in the rear wheel.

Why god, why.....?

I had the same thing this friday, my back left tyre got a small stick (?) stuck in it, just outside the tread so they couldn't repair it.

I had to fork out for a brand new one even though this one was basically new - most annoying thing though was that the last guys (closed down) didn't give me a warranty card for the 2 rear tyres like they were supposed to (I never knew this brand came with one) and I would've paid almost nothing....

Grippy. Compared to my two baldies anyhow.

I had a set of re720's as my last tyres, lasted only 9k miles! My f1's are a much better tyre so far.

Well the F1's are in a different price bracket - I have found them to be a much better performance tyre as well. But for the money the RE720's are hard to beat - very surprised at the mileage you got though - they have quite a hard compound in comparison to the F1's - I got far less on the set of F1's than the RE720's.

I'm loving the F1's on the golf too - I know sounds cliché but they have transformed the front end handling - quicker turn in that sometimes takes me by suprise..

Seriously though, my f1's cost me the exact same as my re720's with 15/195/50's the bridgestones were a good tyre just not in the same league as the f1's for grip and braking in the wet.
