Any good hardware store with key cutting facilities should be able to cut a Mitsi key no problem.

Do you mean I need to bring mitsi key or they have one? Saw one from ebay saying that FTO keys are hard to find. Thanks

Load of carp if you ask me, I've never had any problems getting Mitsi keys cut in the past.

the blank you require has at least three serial numbers depending on the manufacturer of the blank key!

Most common is 'Silca' brand, Most key cutting shops should have these. MIT11R, MIT11RP if it has a plastic grip on it.

There are also blanks designated, HDSK9P and MT11CEA but I don't know who manufactures these.

If you can't get a correct blank let me know and I'll pick one up for you and post it to you, you can then get it cut locally.
I had one cut recently for £5.99
