Personally, I think it looks brutal, I see plenty of Puntos and the like with this sort of mod and it looks a bit nasty.

I agree it does look well on the 3-series but bear in mind that the FTO and BMare 2 different cars with 2 different looks -

IMHO I don't think this would suit the FTO... I've said it before ;) Simple is best with the FTO, lower it with big wheels, big brakes and a subtle (integrated looking) exhaust, add some leather and some bits to the interior and you've a sweet, sweet car..... and don't forget the induction kit!

Add-ons just take away from the lines of the car.

I take it back Steve, the chrome strips look really well, they're quite subtle so don't have an overpowering look like so many of the other aftermarket chrome strips out there.

The bumper loves great and the painted headlights sets off the front end really well, nice job. All in, a cracking FTO!

Yeah, as we've said before, the FTO really does benefit from subtle mods with a view to complimenting the already clean lines.

You've got me thinking now about doing a job on the light clusters, on steel silver, it really draws your attention into the front end and irons out the look.
