cant be used on the fto safely. not close enough to mod and too close to make a strong and safe bracket for the calipers.

If you have a GR, easiest upgrade would be to the GPX front calipers & discs. If you want to go further than that, check out Freakypart's brake kits - link here

ok guys got the gpx brake set (calipers, bolts and everything from a gpx) from ebay , all i need is disks and pads
is this pads choice ok from camskill for every day driving ?

pads: http://www.camskill.co.uk/products.php?show=60
and of course gpx disks: http://www.camskill.co.uk/products.php?show=45

or should i go for stock pads and disks?
any of you used these before?

I saw a difference in the diameter of disks and not only.. will they fit once i will have all: calipers, disks and pads (all for gpx)?

Thanks..

I think you're right on both choices, If you need to buy discs, then drilled and grooved is the way to go. Also the greenstuff pads will be good for everyday use and will perform ok without having to warm them up. They do have a reputation for generating a lot of dust though.

then i'll go for stock pads.. they don't really justify more than double the price , and the red ones go out of the question with 1000 km bed in

im really puzzled .. cant make a decision...
and again .. the grooved disks don't add extra noise (not at braking time.. in a normal run)?

I had grooved discs on mine and they weren't noisy at all.
