Posted: Sat May 17, 2008 12:12 pmThere used be a myth about if a cop isnt wearing his hat hes not in full uniform so technically it doesnt stnd up. But I asked a cop friend about this and thats bull, too good to be true. Think the only way you get away with tickets is if they dont stop you.
