Horrible nasty *%^&& keys car at my house....

Postby mcgon1979 » Sun Jul 22, 2007 10:02 pm

Came down to see this today... :(
they had done about 5 cars, but missed my FTO as it was in off the road in a car port. maybe they saw the flashing clifford light and thought it too much trouble... its horrible stuff. All fairly new cars. what do you do though? what can you do... looks like it was with something very sharp (not a key)
The blue car belongs to a girl who rents with my GF in the house. she is away on holidays. :( horrible to come back to that. Im feeling abit wary about the FTO now. I'm hoping this was a one off event. Car has been here for months and never saw this carry on before.

I'm not going to rant - I'll only make myself mad.
I'm glad I live in secluded spot in the country.
I'm glad I have 2 rottweilers walking around the house and cars.

The Government should proclaim open season on low-lifes for a week just so we can legally shoot any f**ker that pulls a stunt like this.

CC Tv mate - very cheap to set up these days AND you can get a timelapse vcr on eBay for next to nothing as well.. This way if it's somebody local all you have to do is invite the local garda around for a brew and bob is your uncle.. Or there's always vigilante style justice..

I'm SO happy I live in the sticks none of that lark going on here - in fact not much lark of any kind going on -except for the birdnest in the tree outside the bedroom windows - tweeting all night keeping me awake.. still beats getting the car messed with tho..

I pity the fool who gets caught messing with my baby!

Tyrrelstown seb. Not a bad area, but perhaps 'near' a bad area. the blue car is the GFs housemate. shes on holiday at the minute. nightmare. Still cannot believe my FTO got away unscathed. I was awake last night at 4am (not surprisingly). Didn;t sleep well. bat beside the bed. I would hate to have to do it. All I can do is hope it was a one off.

I used to live in T-Town as well.. Generally a nice area - but every once in a while it seems a raiding party crawls up the hill to cause a bit of trouble..

I remember a flatbed being joy-ridden around the estate.. this was back when there wasn't any shop or nothing up there.. Justice was served though when the driver hit a massive hole and the eejit on the back flew off and got hurt.. they drove off quietly after that..I shouldn't laugh at other peoples pain - but I did..nearly fell off my windowsill laughing!

I lived next to a gardai couple - guess who's car got stolen.. the found it in the estate that down the road from T-Town (past the grave yard..) - it only took them a few hours. I'm guessing they knew exactly where to find it..

Nice houses out there!

argh.. I know. TRR is a generally nice area indeed, but its just too close to 'down the road' as you say. Looking to move shortly. fingers crossed.
