Declan - Oil light should be on the left side - take a look at attached link for info on warning lights.
sounds like the G-force warning light to me!!

Hehe, I dont know what you filled the washer bottle with mustang, but if I squirt the window with it my eyes start watering if I have the air-con on.

Seriously though, it just holts screen wash, blue liquid. Perhaps you are over sensitive?
