toad alarms

just fitted a new battery , the alarm is doin a succesion off beeps then louder ones, is it doin a system check? i cannot disarm or activate ignition lights yet? any help gratefully recieved. :roll:

sorted. armed it and let it sit for ten .......other probs to deal with , she broke down and started overheating , took 5 kettl;es of water.....hoping the headgasket isnt away

I think you may have to enter an immobiliser code.
there are a few car alarm specific forums out there, JDM distribution fit our Toad Alarms for us, it would be worth calling a fitter. Was the alarm fitted when you got the car, and is this your first time disconnecting the battery for a long time?

:roll: radiators dripping, when cold , but when ticking over its hissing out..so heres my theorey..its been frosty all week .shes had the car ticking over in the morn and aft work for an average of 20 mins per time..also , when was the last time i checked the water? :oops: the cars emptied itself...and earlier when it was pinking.. boiling its knackers off.....and wouldnt start.its done the same with her when she broke down ,,,safety mode. i had it ticking over for 20 mins there . no major temp rise .but she did lose water at the front...
luckily i have a spare. just gettin time to fit it as i am mobbed with homers
