whats fettling?

of course ill do it...
if theres space for me.

looking to hopefully have a LSD fitted by the time japfest and sleek come around this year

to fettle is to sort out or to fix, (of Northern English origin)
it's also a word used in mouldings, where you remove the lines left from where two moulds meet. It can also be a description of ones physical or mental state, e.g in fine fettle.

When I worked in the cotton mills in Lancashire in the seventies there used to be a job called a fettler he would be a sort of an unqualified fitter or labourer.

Some information on my home area Leigh, Wigan, Bolton.

People from Wigan are known as Pie eaters. :smt081 Hollands pies are the best.
