it is best to buy adjustable springs, so that you can play around with them and get the right settings, by the way nice wheels
if you still had control, you haven't been fast enough 8)

FTO's looking well - hope to see it at an upcoming meet.

I would have a personal preference for upgrading the shocks and springs separately rather than going with an adjustable coilover set-up unless you are using the FTO on track quite a bit. The coilovers tend to be rock hard even at the softest settings. A few of us on here have gone for KYB dampers and Apex springs and were very happy with the ride/handling compromise.

Do a search under springs and you'll see various opinions on the best way to go. There may still be a few sets of Apex left out there (no longer manufactured) - these are good value springs that give the FTO a lower drop at the front than the back - hence keeping with the wedge profile -

Otherwise the Eibachs are meant to give a good drop while retaining much of the ride quality - http://www.camskill.co.uk/products.php? ... 0s584p1540
