Sound Installation

Postby rsg » Thu Sep 15, 2005 1:21 pm

After a lot of mucking around I've finally finished my boot install. My typical luck though - I've just finished fixing something on the car and something else has to break - my gearbox is starting to act up so there comes another hole in the pocket.

Anyway - Here are some pics of the sound. I know they a bit crappy but it's my camera phone.

Looks pretty sweet - do you lose much boot space?

About half - that's why I decided to build it at an angle so I can still use the boot

I put a piece of wood on hinges to get any tools I might need out and that cover the spare.. For the spare though, I've made 2 pieces on the left of the box removable - that way the box just slides out when i need it to. I'll try post some clearer pics soon.
